OVYELA is an AI-powered wellness application for nutrition, activity, recipes, weight progress and related everyday wellness features. This policy explains the categories of information OVYELA may process and the controls available to users.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, OVYELA may process account information such as email address and display name; profile and wellness preferences; meal photos submitted for analysis; food logs and nutrition estimates; recipes and meal plans; activity and workout entries; weight history; and support communications.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and personalize OVYELA features, maintain account sessions, generate requested meal or wellness estimates, synchronize user data, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations.

AI processing

When you use AI-powered features, relevant content such as a meal image or text you provide may be sent to configured AI service providers solely to produce the requested feature output. OVYELA should not be used to submit information you do not have the right to share.

Health and wellness

OVYELA is intended for general wellness. Nutrition, calorie, activity and recipe outputs are estimates and are not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice.

Retention and deletion

OVYELA provides an in-app account deletion flow that removes the user account and associated active server data. Disaster-recovery backups are retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion, unless a longer period is required by law, security investigation or another legitimate legal obligation.

Security

OVYELA uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted transport for production services, controlled access and separation of production credentials.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You can also control local notification permissions through your device settings.
